They are playing at their peak.
We have a few weeks to implement a system and hopefully a new striker whilst building confidence.

We will also have 8k fans there.
Were our fans cheering after the pen went in audible on SKY anyone?

Don't think Evertonians in the "Anny Road end" will ever be allowed to heard on the telly.

A kopite has just text me saying what has klopp done wrong in that interview? Is there a more deluded set of fans in the country?

I think Dejan Lovren is pretty cool guy, eh gives away penalties and doesn't afraid of anything.

Kopites are claiming DCL charged into him. Still doesn't justify the shove and if one of our players had done that, they'd have screamed blue murder.

Our players will go into it knowing that, despite playing poorly, we still got a draw out of the last game - hopefully giving them the confidence to come out and play.
Trouble is if we come out and play they will thrash us as i am sure that that [Poor language removed] klopp will play coutinho and firmano

'Can't see Everton scoring'

In terms of possession and quality there is a gulf of difference, but it's still only 1-0.

But, having said that, I'm sat here feeling relaxed because I don't think they are capable of scoring a goal.

Liverpool are very comfortable, Everton have been poor. They lack quality, they lack an identity.

I'd be concerned for Everton's safety with them playing like this.

PENALTY TO EVERTON
Liverpool 1-0 Everton

My word!

Wayne Rooney plays a good ball over the top, Dominic Calvert-Lewin feels a push in the back from Dejan Lovren and goes down - given!

That is soft. And Everton have the chance to come away with a point after all!

GOAL - Liverpool 1-1 Everton
Wayne Rooney (Pen)

Over 13 years since his last Merseyside derby, Wayne Rooney has his first goal in the fixture!

The Everton captain steps up and smashes it down the middle. Everton are on track for a point which seemed hugely unlikely since kick-off. Big Sam's gameplan is coming good...

'Needless challenge from Lovren'

It was a shove in the back, he didn't need to make the contact.

Calvert-Lewin was running away from goal, absolutely stupid from Lovren.

haha useless biased kopite bellend. Surely the BBC could actually pick someone better? loved that we scored a minute after he said that.
