Match Thread Liverpool vs Everton, Wed 2nd April 20:00

Some of their forwards when on form can be very good. Our defence when on form is very good. Our forwards are crap without Ndiaye but still get goals since Moyes came in. Their defence is generally vastly overrated.
As long as the officials aren't a joke as usual, they don't get a spawny goal and we don't miss sitters, we won't lose this game.

No presure on either side really. Perhaps a tiny bit more for them. A loss here for them could cause slight panic but theyre too far gone in reality. I think we have a chance but fully expecting a 2-0 or 2-1 to them.

I fancy a draw here if we cone out firing on all cylinders. It will be difficult as we are down to the bare bones of a squad and some of those playing will know they won’t be at Everton next season. Hopefully those that are likely to be shipped out need to put themselves in the shop window. Liverpool just have to go through the motions to win the league this year, I’m thinking their players won’t want to get into a battle at this stage of the season as a draw does them no harm. It will be very difficult and will require whichever 11 we have on the pitch to put in 100%.

Great the only left back we have is injured

If we don’t sign a Roberto Carlos regen in the summer we are cooked
New connie for Youngey nailed on now. Can basically play anywhere and ages better than a fine wine.

Love the fact that, in our current situation, if any of RB, RW or LB get injured the immediate answer is "Young starts". I don't mind him tbf and think he's been a positive influence on the squad, but he's had his day now and we need to be moving on from employing soon-to-be 40 year olds to start games for us. For that reason but more so because he's constantly crocked and refuses to retire from internationals, Coleman must go too.
