So one of their players pretty much committed full on assault on the pitch and the club he plays for thought it a good idea to upload a highlight of it titled "TACKLE" with slow mo replays and close ups... It's had nearly 800,00 views in 5 days. They got loads of grief for trying to glamorise it and had to disable comments.

It's getting them a fair bit of publicity though...



Imagine if everton uploaded slow motion close up replays of Gerard getting taken out...

The handbags at the end just add to the magical moment! Takes me back does that , getting misty eyed now.
 
I think if Besic were to do that to Gerrard in the Europa QF for it would go down well. (So long as we still won of course!)
That is one terrible tackle!
 

FA will say he didn't mean to hurt his opponent. Just mis-timed the tackle, footballers would never knowingly injure another player. The guy who got kicked will probably get a one match suspension for a two faced tackle.
 
He had his eye on the ball the whole time but it doesn't look like he slips so you can only assume he was trying to make a long hoof downfield
 

1st time ive seen the tackle on video,saw pics of the players face that took the kick a few hours after the Ref only give the fouling player a yellow card, the Scottish FA later charged the Livingston skipper with "serious foul play" and he has accepted the retrospective punishment.which was a 2 game ban
