Cheapest I've ever paid for a beer was in Vietnam. 40,000 dong to the pound, this bar was doing pints of top notch home brew for 3,000 dong. Great night, that.

They are incredibly cheap as they only serve their own beer - which is generally very good.

I know for sure that they have a pub near Soho.

Personally, find the right places and i find London is fairly reasonably priced. Obviously there are some over priced places, just don't go to them.
