Yes, but strong on the ball.

I watched most of a whole match he played for Barca last year and what I loved was his off the ball movement. He got forward into very dangerous areas. Granted, it's not tough when it's Barcelona and whoever they were playing were backed up, but still not easy to break a legit La Liga team down.

I suppose if he was super quick he'd be worth 50M. He's also been sitting behind a pretty good player and already played an entire season for Roma successfully by most accounts.
