World class pass for his 7th League assist, no one else coming close.

"Poor season that Digne is having, etc. etc.." :coffee:

By his standards he is actually having a poor season. But since the restart he’s been excellent.

It’s all well and good coming out the woodwork now he’s playing well, but let’s not pretend he’s struggled for the first 6 months of the year.
Cracking goal against Lincoln though.

His form seemed to dip after he his child was born, maybe the time off came at just the right time for them all to get some sleep! I hope so as he was so good in his first season and has looked like he's back on track since the restart.

Was he carrying an injury earlier in the season maybe? Been back to something resembling his best since the restart. Would be nice to see him play with some intelligent midfielders (looks like there's a good partnership with Gordon to develop) and hopefully he doesn't have to move to Chelsea/ City for that to happen.

No. Before the pause, he was having a decent season, just not an excellent one.

Everton fans were walking around saying he was poor, not saying "poor, relative to being excellent the season before".

I hope he stays but say we get offered sixty to seventy million from a Chelsea or City you would have to take it as we can get another left back and our saleable assets are few.
