Link on the Echo says Digne confident of being fit for Saturday.

That same trashy paper devoted a whole article yesterday on Everton hit by injuries (it turned out to mean Jonjo Kenny and Coleman 'a doubt' with Godfrey on stand-by), what an absolute toilet wipe of a paper the red Echo is.

Carlo had already said after Brighton Seamus has plenty of time to be fit and to absolutely noones surprise he updated us that sure enough he'd been training since Monday.

The Red Echo is a waste of good paper, busy telling everything you know already and usually getting it wrong.

Take it with a pinch of salt mind but:

So to recap, sometimes it’s good for the soul NOT to assume the worst at every available opportunity.

Also, considering Nkonkou’s displays so far, we’re hardly doomed if Digne did pick an injury up at some point.

Laslty, we probably still have Baines’ registration should Nkounkou remove his legs in a freak gardening accident at the same time as Digne could be out.

Chill.

Oh look at mister glass half full
Not living up to your name there
Lol lol lol lol lol lol
However you are right
Digne will more than likely be fit and Nkounkou or Delph are better options than Martina

It doesn't seem too bad, but equally Saturday is only about 50 hours away now. If he's fit then great, but we can't really afford to rush him. It's a massive game but I really don't want him out long term. One game will not make or break the season (although I will probably not be saying that at 2.25pm on Saturday of course).

At least I have faith in this management team to make a sound decision.

Look at what happened to Richarlison against Brighton.

If he isn't ready then dont risk him same as Mina.

Godfrey at CB and dare I say Delph at LB?

Love Nkounkou but think Salah would be a massive test and both he and Godfrey on that side are not massively experienced.

Delph just asked to stay back and keep his position may be whats needed defensively with Coleman getting forward more on the other flank.
