I had a similar thought. Iwobi is an option to play left wing back, along with Nkounkou and Delph.
Considering Lucas' injury and the players we have in the squad, I think 343 is here to stay.

Theoretically because of his age, 28 at end of season and only 2 years left on his contract we were going to have to sell him at the end of the season anyway. Best to try and see if Niels is the replacement right now instead of in preseason.

Wishing Lucas Digné a full and speedy recovery. He's such an important part of our setup but we have Fabian Delph (when fit) and Niels Nkounkou to step in, so it's not a complete 'disaster' for us. Now I need to go and alter my Fantasy League team again.
