Reidy's Bottle Of Grecian

The Unobstructed View
starting this early due to the romance of the cup.

also 1st in best dressed.

if anyone who is eligable is able to purchase a ticket for me i would be very grateful, as i dont have a season ticket the odds of me getting one are very slim despite attending 5 aways so far.

possible banana skin this, not that you need any fruit skins on a january afternoon in cheshire to slip. i predict a great day out and a resounding win, marouanne will run the whole gig and mesmerise everyone with his gangly legs, hell even Cal will be starting songs for him and eyelinering in a connection between his eyebrows.

make sure reidy is there and secure him a ticket, i will pay for it like.

Mixture of reserves (VDM, Baxter, Baines, Castillo) and 1st team (rest of the back 4, Cahill, Fellaini, Pienaar etc). Should be a roundingly successful win.....

Or we could get smashed because we're terrible in the FA Cup under Moyes.

Screw putting the reserves out. We've been burnt before like that and his is our last chance to win something this season so we should go all out for it. I'm sure our first teamers can handle a few games more in the FA cup.

If we are winning comfortably then the reserves can have a run out but i reckon we should go all out to win this and leave nothing to chance.

I agree, we have to put out our best 11 on this one. We are out of europe so surely they can handle an extra 7 games maximum and thats only if we get to wembley

correct hb, but why play reserves, it's a competitive match and our ONLY chance of winning something, it would be smugness that macc. would love to push in our faces if we put the reserves out. treat them as if they are Real Madrid i reckon.

Because getting higher in the league is better in terms of finance. I dont agree with it as such but i can understand it. He will play some 1st teamers, some fringe and maybe the odd kid. It should be enough, if isnt then there a disgrace

I'm worried about this with it being a 3rd round cup game we're expected to win comfortably. We should win by a decent scoreline without breaking sweat but they'll be really up for it & if we don't turn up with the right attitude this season's FA Cup run could end like so many have recently. Our kids should have enough quality to beat them so I could understand Moyes resting a lot of 1st team players but if we did that it would send out the wrong message to both our team & theirs & Moyes would be leaving himself open to criticism for taking a risk if it didn't pay off.

The above said, I'm still looking forward to it. I'll probably phone the Box Office 1st thing on Monday so I'm definately sorted & I think I'll go in the terraces even if I have the option of a seat. I've never been in terraces before so I might go old school while I have the chance, just to see what it's like
