King, Myers, Prentice and Kirkbride were all there tonight and would have had the chance to speak to Silva. All it takes is one of them to say “Malcom has been heavily linked, is there interest there?” Even if he didn’t answer you’d definitely get the idea whether it was true or not.

Rather than “from what I’m told it’s not happening” from wherever King gets his info from, why not just ask the manager a straight question when he has the chance?

It’s possible that they did and it could be under embargo, No one knows. But the fact that king has rubbished it twice now tells you all you need to know.
