Personally would sign all three of Mangala, Broja and Lindstrom, preferably taking advantage of Lyons financial situation to renegotiate a much lower fee, try do similar with Broja and Lindstrom too - new owners all three clubs want rid and statistically neither Lindstrom or Broja are likely to tear up trees - but both the latter look to be settling in and Lindstrom looks to be adjusting to the league now.

Get in a manager who plays a three u front
 
Hard choice for MOTM. Possibly Pickford for the pen save, Tarks for blocking and heading everything, Mangala for composure, Gana for tenacity, Illiman for a cracking goal and skilful play...............I am passing on the vote as I cannot decide.

Mangala...good lord. 3 dreadful things today:

1: First half were attacking and passes it to their left back 5 yards away.

2: Fouls their player centrally for the dangerous KDB free kick 2nd half when he was never getting the ball and dived in.

3: Fouls their player right before the 90th minute diving in for nothing.

I get he is composed and can make short passes...we can all see that.

WHAT DOES HE ACTUALLY DO ?
He doesnt run forwards/backwards.
He cant tackle.
He has no pace.

Broja was carrying the ball well, and did better at running in behind than Dom.
Harrison you can have.
Mangala was constantly applying pressure and made the most interceptions in the team.

Coleman made an error, Mykolenko gave away a pen and got the run around. Mangala kept things solid and had a couple of real chances to score, funny how you’re continuing choosing to ignore that

Since came on everything he did was better than what DCL would have done, cause for celebration in my book.
He has to start, DCL can come on when he tires, and maybe learn something from the bench

Mangala is pretty poor for Belgium. Levels between him and Onana.

Onana runs
Onana tackles
Onana doesnt pass to opposition players frequently nor does he make insane fouls

If we sign Mangala i'll be worried.

Garner needs to get back quick.
 
Thought Seamus had a really good game, fair play to him. Centre halves strong and obviously Pickford fantastic. Mykolenko weak, poor penalty to give away which should have cost us a point. Mangala was good, Gueye and Doucoure had quietly effective games but clearly poor in the opposition half. Ndiaye outstanding goal, some composure that. Harrison embarrassing. DCL I won't judge because he's on a hiding to nothing in this set up thanks to the manager.
