Mangala has been sound so far, I think you’re overcooking the mistakes that Mangala makes, he’s generally our calmest midfielder- plus he pops up on the edge of the box more than I expected

Mainly due to we park the bus rather than the defence itself is great. Not having a single shot at Arsenals goal wasnt to be lorded in my view. But we've become a Sean dyche club. Some love that approach. Some dont.

Not good to watch, but not many would have believed that Arsenal, Chelsea and City would all fail to beat us. If our attackers had a clue what to do we could have won it at the end. I’m not sure if we should keep Dyche or not. I think I’d get rid in the Summer

I didn't get to watch the 2nd half, so I'm probably a bit less emotional about it than most. But it's a good point, it's a good stretch of results, the team are playing together.

Regardless of what the table says, the next few matches are against lesser competition than the past three. There needs to be a win or two in there, even if these teams are ahead of us in the table (most teams are).

The things is Bournemouth and Forest are in White hot form.

Hopefully we can spring a suprise.

Honestly, I think this group of players is better without the ball than with. Certainly there are some who would benefit, but I don't think it's worth the risk.

What do you think of Xavi as a player? The thing you missing (presumably because you have never played football) is that even when he receives the ball in a bad position he somehow manages to manipulate it through good touches/ball protection and he usually ends up playing a pass to a team mate that running forward not only keeping the ball but putting us on the front foot. He did that about 5/6 time during the game and instead of losing the ball or going backwards resulting in a hoof we moved forward into City's. It might just a be a short pass but you are completely missing the context it was made in. Same with Broja he had three or four excellent touches that turned a defender in one movement and resulted in us being straight at their defensive. DCL doesn't do that. Instead his touch would be backwards and we would either win a throw or just retain possession by a pass to a defender who would hoof it. It's small details but the best players don't do flashy stuff. They just take good touches and made good passes.

I’m delighted with how they have been coached to play the last 4 games. Even with the 3 draws we had chances to win the games. Given the outlay in the last few years I think lower mid table is probably where we’re at. Happy to get a few players back and see such resilient performances.

Let’s see what happens in the next 4 matches.

I agree, but if we can't get wins out of the established top teams, we need to get wins out of fixtures like these. We can't just beat up on Ipswich and Wolves and expect to stay in the league.
