Didsbury, right in the heart of the student district isn't it? Kind of like a Mancunian answer to Headingley?

Got a mate who lives in Hulme which (I think) is pretty near. Not too familiar with Manchester though, just know of Cheetham Hill, Broughton and Moss Side (for all the wrong reasons!)
 
dont worry Nev, im not one of those tossers from bluemoon, cant stand the place myself. Five or six decent posters but the rest are pillocks. Have found this place great, very welcoming and I will be staying around for a while. Mind you if we win monday I might start suffering the wrath lol.

Do you work in Didsbury Bryan? If you ever stay over, we should go for a pint sometime and talk b######s.

Heh, I pass through Cheetham Hill and Broughton when travelling into Manchester. I know of Moss Side but have never been.

Is it Wythenshawe that's the huge area near the airport? You fly over it when you're landing?

(Need to up my knowledge of Mancunian suburbs)
 
@ROL, yeah wythenshawe is right next to the airport, I think its Europes biggest council estate, a bit of a dive really.

@chico, Its the only place where a utd, Leeds and City fan could chat, as there is no way we could chat in a friendly manner on home forums so to speak. Good though eh!!
