i doubt if there is one person who'd have picked that side -- or even predicted it. Our right side looks shored up defensively -- but it is our left side defence that's the side likely to come under pressure, from Zabaleta.
 
If Lukaku slots today he'll be averaging 1 in 2 won't he? That'd be pretty impressive, given his lack of fitness early on.

It'd also be hilarious, taking into account the stick he's received on here.
 


He is hedging his bets. Looks more defensive than usual but with Lukaku, Eto and Mirallas he is still looking for the outlet. If it was solely a draw he was after then at least 2 of them 3 wouldn't be playing. I am hoping we can exploit city on the break because they have looked very vunerable many times this season. Sods law is that they have Aguero in top form and it looks like they can score at will at the moment. Bigger incentive for them with Chelsea getting beat also.
Looks like a big step back to me. I'd have had Barkley in if we're going to counter.
