I'm certainly not advocating giving it full time to Ferguson, but bear in mind that Everton have only ever won a major trophy with an ex player in charge. Some times there are formulas that just work at certain clubs.

Exactly mate. He's carrying out reviews on all background staff, not just the medical dep. They wouldn't give him that much freedom if they didn't believe in him.

Again... all this means nothing if results don't improve.

He's employed to win football matches and we are losing football matches. He's not in the role to carry out medical reviews.

January windows change next to nothing. Teams sign 1 or 2 players tops. The January window is utterly irrelevant.

They have to give him time. The whole club has seen what he can do with a fit cohort of players. It;s not like we're losing games with our first team out there.
