3 centre backs playing means more solid to defend that lead. Baines can push forward on the left, while stones hangs back more on the right. We have more height to defend set pieces and more aeriel threat from our own set pieces.

Starting Osman in a semi final in 2016 is a sackable offence in itself.

Osman was one of the better players in the 0-0 at City, I'm happy that he's playing, keeps the ball well which we'll need.
