DCL up front is what we should stick with from now on until we sign a competent striker. Didn't expect anything today. The Watford and Newcastle results have annoyed me more.

Why play three lumps at the back? Why ask Siggi to do something he's not good at? Silva has got to take some of the blame
for a screwed-up formation.

EFC could have scored three or four and appear to be improving but the losses against the top six just continue to mount up.

Bernard appears to be busy but there is no impact and he and Richarlison as the starting wingers don't work.In fact our entire attack needs
to be updated/replaced. The only bright spots for me were Gomes, as usual, and Lookman who made things happen when he came on.

He’s been pure Evertoned. Won’t ply anything except 4231 apart from the big away games to wheel a tragic 5 at the back out for the first time this season. Read Moyes Martinez Koeman and Allardyce. Only at Everton does this sort of stuff occur. Silva has been a 433 manager his whole career until he got to Everton.

Went for Gomes, thought he did well but Iceland not a great partner for him today.

Think everyone needs to remember we are re building and City are pretty much the finished article that we aspire to.

This project needs time, we need to be patient.

Thought all the subs did okay when they came on, also DCL did well.

We need a clinical finisher in January as we are making chances

Don’t think we should be going for a loan or a untried centre forward, we can look at that in 18 months, experience and goals at the top is required.

Style is all well and good.

But football is won and lost in both 18 yards boxes. We have been atrocious for a month now in both boxes. We can't finish our dinner and teams don't have to work hard for goals against us.

It's a work in progress but it needs to get a lot lot better. All our wide players need to take responsibility. They are producing nothing and getting handsomely paid.
