We almost never get a great result against the best - Carlo earned us wins at Arsenal, Spurs, RS (who were badly off form). I ask the question "when did Everton last pull off a 10/1 odds win shock and I'm not sure I can remember the last time we did something truly great on the road. We had a couple of notable wins under Moyes at City (and Spurs) when both weren't so great and the Martinez win at Old Trafford was against a horribly off form Moyes-led United.

So it's about time we set some sort of standard and showed some guts.

Codeman was covering his movement all second half. He struggled. Still a superb athlete and footballer though.

Myko really is horrific. You see that clearance attempt on the fantastic save by Pickford. Jesus he is a liability. For every one good game he has 6 gaffers. Put in Vinagre
