It isn't a foul either. At no stage in the footage that VAR reviewed does DCL look at anything other than the ball, and the "punch" wasn't materially affected by DCL colliding with the keeper. De Gea just bottled it.

Its one of those "umpires call" types you get in cricket for me. It's very borderline so you have to respect on field call because you cant call it an error.

Right decision imo.
