We need to engage them further up the pitch, but I'm not sure we have the energy to do so, 3 days after the Leeds game. Sheff Utd beat them by mainly sitting deep, but getting numbers forward when possible, so maybe we'll have to take that option.

We've played these twice this season and not looked convincing against them once, Not expecting much but it would show how much we've progressed under Ancelotti if we pulled out a win here.

I worry we will go out and attack, last twenty minutes it will be level or we will be a goal up and then we will do the usual sit back and defend for the rest of the game, knowing the inevitable is going to happen.

Oh manchester, is full of

Goats 11 to start :

Olsen
Coleman - Mina - Keane - Digne
Doucs - Gomes
Iceland
Hamez - DCL - Rico
You can hear cheeseburgers scream when you yawn.

Discipline - in light of their propensity for opposition getting red cards and pens - will be key for us tonight.

Gomes, Richarlison and Digne each have an edge to them which are buttons United could push. Fernandes in particular is a master at snidey niggly taps on the ankle and subtle shirt tugs and pushing. We may see at least one tactical sub from Carlo tonight in the event of a yellow to one of those three.

All I demand is a little fighting spirit and aggression. That we give Manchester United problems, and make it uncomfortable for them.

Would like to at least get a draw today but United have had our number twice already this season.

Hopefully the new tactical approach Ancelotti said he is going to try will come off.
