I can’t understand why Dyche persists with the same jaded players week in week out that have clearly underperformed again and again. Harrison, McNeil, Godfrey — I don’t see how playing Dobbin or Patterson could make anything worse. At least give them a run

It's just rinse and repeat. We start off like a house on fire. Go a goal down to a breakaway, game over. Doucore is awful, so is Mykolenko and as for Harrison, he is truly a dreadful, dreadful footballer

It’s bad enough that we can’t shoot without defenders just sticking a lazy leg out in their own penalty area. We’ve played pretty well but familiar failings mean we’re probably coming away with nothing again.

Because he is trying to shoot across to the right where the defenders are coming from instead of going for the left corner.... brain dead.

McNeil will never be a top player, not even top half player. If we aspire to be anything other than Burnley McNeil and Harrison need to go.
