why would you bother who wins or loses , your main issue is your own club surely , but city funded by a man worth 17 billion and a family wealth of 500 billion why would any body prefer that , unless of course you have some everlasting bitterness towards Manchester United

I dont think many people are bothered about United mate, but also just not bothered about City.

Everyone tries to spend money. City have a bit more than others, but it is what it is. It always comes across a bit churlish to me that people get so offended by it.

Why does it matter that their owner made a few quid from oil?

No absolutely, and I don't really mind either Mancunian team. If I'm honest probably have a bit more of a soft spot for City as they are a bit more akin to Everton but hold no real malice to either.

And I do understand the stuff about the oil stuff. There's loads of thing we throw at Liverpool, which in honesty you only dislike as it's Liverpool. The oil thing is one of those too. I don't see why making money from oil is worse than like making money from retail, or real estate or speculation or whatever. Most people who have lots of money tend to be cut throat and dubious, but it tends to go for all sectors.

Sickening, Man United sign biggest kit deal in history, £235m for five years, apart from the other 4 or 5 clubs in our league, how can anyone compete with that ? One of the reasons FFP is there for the benefit of the richer, bigger clubs, to keep them where they are, at the top of the pile.

Dont think Pogba will start today and rashford and cavani i think will be on the bench at best , it was a tough game in Milan and Leicester have had a weeks rest and are a good team , think this will be a big struggle for us today , looking at the markets and Leicester being backed as well , maybe this could go to extra time , surely if van de beek is fit OGS will give him a start give the guy a chance ffs 2 starts in the league all season crazy stuff when he was our only buy last summer
