Manchester United

He’s a very good coach, he won the title with Sporting after 20 odd years and various domestic cups! But he should have stayed where he was and what he was building with Sporting like Alonso chose to with Leverkusen.

Media are probably going to eat him for breakfast now sadly.

I dont understand what his team are trying to do. They don't do anything well.

Well, I've definitely figured out the enigma that is Onana.

He conned United into signing him.
Have you ever noticed that his hairstyle is cut to stand about 3 inches off the top of his pip?

It's been the same style since he signed for them, and it has intentionally been cut to look that way.

And no, it's not because he's trying to make some sort of profound fashion statement, or because he thinks it looks stylish, or even because he's trying to start a new hairstyle trend...

No, it's because that's the billed height he sold United on when they were looking at him as a potential signing.
It's clearly been an oversight on United's behalf, and he's had to live the lie ever since his signing, because nobody has called him on it yet.

Afrocentric bruv.

The next appointment after Amorim will be the 11th in 12 seasons to lead ManYoo after Fergie, despite fans no closer to sporting glory days you have to admit the money it has afforded the Glazers is indeed glorious

Tbf, Bruno Fernandes is a good player and seems to “get” what it means to play for a historically big club

I’m not sure he’s a good captain though

Sometimes the captain isn’t the best overall player in the team

You need leadership skills above all else

A good player, but goes missing in big games. Ok doing it against the likes of us and other sides near the bottom but very rarely has a good game against sides near the top.

there’s a United fan on social media who dedicates hours to pointing out what Fernandes does wrong in each game. It’s compulsive viewing. I’ll try digging some videos out.

"Who do you point the finger at?"

Brilliant.

"You can't blame him he's young, you can't blame the foreign lad he's new to the league, who then?"

I admire his steadfast resolution to keep naming Adams. Wright wants to talk more than the sum of the parts but knows it's a lost cause with Keane.

man utd have no identity, there's no continuation of principals, that's where Ferguson was so clever, he repeatedly blended the successes of yesterday with new blood today, cultivated the right attitude, it was a production line of the right player that had bought into his vision seasons before. This issue is hard fought and easily lost.

How'd you rate the captains of the PL? Adams, Keane, Vieira, Drogba, then who? Up to the city & Kompany era?
