Another loan would be unfair to the lad and if I was him I'd reject it straight away. He needs stability in his career and at 22 he needs to settle down or he will not fullfill his excellent potential. He knows that, we know it and I think Moyes does. He's said himself Fernandes is a player who needs a bit of love.

So what happens if DM has allocated his entire transfer budget elsewhere and the only option is to get him in on loan , scrap it ? Maybe DM doesn't have the option of either buying or forgetting him. If loaning him again meant that we brought in six players instead of five then there really isn't much to consider really is there.

I wouldn't say he was [Poor language removed] to be fair. He was very good in his first spell which is why alot of people took to him. He played reasonably well in every game and gave us another dimension in midfield at the time.
In his second spell he was inconsistent, poor at first and then grew in confidence in the last few games. I think thats a fair assessment whether you like him or not.
I think missing out on him would be a big mistake. We nearly made the mistake of not signing him and look how good he turned out.
How I see it is we have yet to see the real Manuel Fernandes. A Manuel Fernandes who is confident and fully fit. I think a fully fit Fernandes would be a very exciting talent. He certainly has all the tools.
Thats just my opinion though and I respect yours aswell. I can see why people have there doubts over his attitude and consistency.
We'll have to see what happens. In Moyes we trust.
