The blinding problem is that they are not premier league quality so we have to punt them to something that operates on a smaller budget.
Niasse has played for 2 PL clubs. What you're saying is that Brands doesn't have the gumption to be creative and pass him onto another one...or even make a deal with a Championship team like Cardiff where he was n loan.

All I hear for this feller is excuses over his transfer dealings. He's very poor at ins and outs. He pobvioulsy has no input on who our managers will be. What good is he, really?

Well he's not doing a good job on that, is he? He needs to completely write them off in terms of a fee, which would allow the 'buying' club the room to pay their wages.

And he has been rubbish at both clubs mate. No club in their right mind would take him now. You can't expect Brands to perform some form of mind trick.

How do you force another club to take a player they don't want?

He's brought in virtually every one of best players, but isn't any good because he can't move a championship level player on big wages to a PL club?

didn’t Niasse reject a move to Leeds a couple of weeks ago because he doesn’t want to drop the championship??

Good lord, if only it was that simple.

In the Niasse case I will defend Brands here.

At least in this window, he has agreed deals with three Champ clubs to take Niasse on loan with a nominal fee to cover his wages.

All three agreed and it was Niasse refusing to go which means it hasn't gone ahead.

Why he's continuing to play is ludicrous.

The players we want shot of are awful & we as a club have done very little to show anything other than that so why on earth would a club at our level pay to take our problem & make it thiers whether it be from a loan, a free transfer or a sale?
The player also knows it's probably his last time in a top league so is hanging on to his wages which he is perfectly entitled too. If they were desperate for mins on the pitch then they would have left by now but they haven't which says an awful lot.

Sick and tired of hearing these excuses: "how do you expect him to sell this and that player?". Well he took the job on, didn't he? Do you think he told Moshiri in interview that he wouldn't be able to move players out because it's hard and it shouldn't be expected of him? Did he bollocks.

Given that he has NO INPUT on managerial decision making (I think we can all agree on that) moving players on represents one half of his job. He cant do it. All he can do is loan players out constantly and run down their contracts. WTF use is that to Everton?

But Dave if other clubs are not interested in signing them except on loan, or as with Niasse sticking two fingers up to any moves what else can be done.

There is no man alive that can move on overpaid , useless players , who don't want to move , mate.
Or perhaps I have missed something.
Does your manifesto detail how to deliver on this impossible task ?. If so , pray tell me , and Brands for that matter !
