What we shouldn't overlook is the fact that it is a 'team' game, not down to individuals hence it isn't necessary to go out and spend £millions on individual players. It's more important - and this is where 'Parcel' (I like that btw) - has to prove his worth by identifying up and coming young players with the correct attitude, temperament and skills to fit a plan rather than 'established' players who will cost us a fortune. Then create a team and a philosophy/style around them. This all day, we know not all signings will come off.
We just need to have patience that the model will bare fruits eventually.
More than enough talent out there that we can offer first team football benefitting players and the club.
When the time comes when a player then does the inevitable and pushes a move we can rinse the bigger clubs.
If enough progress is made we will eventually be a big club (in the now) and be able to keep the talent, providing we grow on and off the pitch. x

Sure, we would love to unearth hidden gems but as Cult F.C. have proven we can't be reliant on one or two individuals - we will need to develop sufficient strength in depth to cover for injuries with similar and like for like players to maintain the status quo on the pitch and be able to shoe horn players into the team without causing to much disruption.
The last few seasons we seem to have bought 'individuals' without actually knowing (a) where to play them or (b) how to play them i.e. we had no recognised style or pattern to our game so reverted to hoof ball which negated the skills these players might otherwise have brought to the team. Therefore, it is imperative that Parcel and whoever forge a quick understanding of the type of play expected and in that way identify the types of players required so as to avoid spending money on players who don't fit that criteria.
Personally, I'm more optimistic now about the club's future than I have been for quite some time and just hope and pray it is not misplaced.
Great. We want news of managers and incoming players and he gives us an update on Homes Under the Hammer.
Get sorting this club out, Jug Head.
Dodgy Edam, bound to be.lol, why do you detest our dutch friends? bad trip / red light district experience?
Never been the same since they put mayo on his chips.lol, why do you detest our dutch friends? bad trip / red light district experience?
The Estate Agent said it as only 20 minutes from work but really its an hour with traffic - could be anywhere...
Makes a change from a fella trying to "find another Kante" doesn't it, when in reality he touched dead lucky in the jargest of jarg Premier league seasons.I think this guy could be the most important signing of the last 20yrs.. He seems to know what the job is all about and seems ultra professional... Looking forward to a new dawn at are club, something we have not had since the mid 80s.
Not having anyone else take credit for this Parcel Hands thing
That's easy We had Allardyce just a few weeks ago. What we shouldn't overlook is the fact that it is a 'team' game, not down to individuals hence it isn't necessary to go out and spend £millions on individual players.
