It's possible to feel sorry for Brands where you imagine a man dealing with an overbearing and impossible boss and slowing disintegrating under the humiliation of it all. Then you realise he's paid a fortune and sucks it up. Or worse, he genuinely did choose to hire Alex Iwobi and The Holy Spirit.
