Seems folly to fault him for much. It's a needed position that Farhad continually neglects.

Well, I've always argued it's a role we can do without. We need a manager left to dictate all aspects of the playing side of the club - which has worked for us in the past.

Truthfully that makes for what we see in the squad right now. Players that do not fit the new man's scheme. About 4 types of playing style in the squad, which turns into disaster.

Our problem is our owner buts in to much.
We have 2 ppl on the board who arnt qualified for it in Kenwright and DBB
