They all got long injuries at some point throughout the season, which could have been down to not having a full pre-season.
Do you think they just sat on a beach and done nothing with their previous clubs before coming to us? Doesn't work like that

Dave how often are you going to keep asking that? lol

3. MORE. YEARS.
Well he isn;t DoF anymore.

He started out as being asked to be one, then one by one those responsibilities were taken away and now he's just a paid director. What he brings to the table I have no idea.

Definitely not, however, they won't have had a rigorous pre season as they would have had we got them in earlier.

Ultimately, it was their injuries that cost us finishing higher in the league. I'd like to think as a club we have learned from getting players late in the window, especially after being linked with them for the entirety of it, which then means the player doesn't train with the club we are buying them from.

It doesn't seem that way at the minute, though.

Move some players on and do your job.

I'm fed up hearing excuses for him, he hasn't done anything to overhaul the squad other than loan players out till their contracts expire. He's not doing his job well enough.

Anything less than a complete overhaul is not good enough. There are players who contribute zero to the club so find ways to get them out the door.

Was the role of Brands questioned at the presser? Like who is the main who decided on ins and outs, Rafael or Brands? its an important question

Totally agree with this. I was someone who thought he'd be brilliant and he has been, in flashes where hes brought in players i liked.

But this is pure insanity now. Its the middle of July and he seems unable, unwilling or simply incapable of selling players who hes bought.

It seems obvious to everyone that we need to sell players this window...and alot of them:

Keane
Mina
Kenny
Coleman
Gibson
Gomes
Delph
Baningime
Sigurdsson
Iwobi
Bernard
Tosun

Hes signed 5 of those players...he should be able to sell them.

I'll be very surprised if the thought of selling any of them in bold, even crossed the mind of Brands and the manager.

Keane and Mina are very solid CBs.

Coleman is worth pennies and could do a job as backup, he's actually our first choice RB at the minute

Gylfi, although he isn't great, he is one of only a few players who actually can produce attacking wise.

Iwobi, I don't even know what to say on him, but we aren't getting anywhere near what we paid and he'll be on a very handsome salary which the level of teams that he could do a job for wouldn't be able to afford.

Tosun, as much as I'd love to see him leave, he's injured and in the same boat as Iwobi with regards to salary.

If salary is the issue then Bernard would be in the same category - possibly Gomes and even Delph as well.

We have done a 180 since moyes. We could count on one hand the amount of players we would wanna sell now we can count on one hand the players we wanna keep. Half a billion later.
