I think a lot of young players will look at us despite being a Premier League team and see that we're a bit of a mess
Money and what league you play in doesn't really matter if you think the club in question is poorly run and doesn't represent a good move for your career
The likes of Moise Kean, Vlasic and Ademola Lookman coming here in recent years and getting nowhere is another thing that potential younger signees will take note of. Heck, the way Gordon has been kind of messed around will raise a cautionary flag for some of them
If we want to attract the best younger players then we need to be an attractive prospect
Just being in the Premier League isn't enough. There are lots of sides in the Premier League who can offer good money and are much better run than we are, so they are always going to be ahead of us
Once we are able to show that we're a well run club that is a good proving ground where younger players are allowed to develop to their full potential then we'll start seeing younger players want to come here, whether we're in the European places or not

Hopefully weve spoken with all their agents and heard the 'demands' for pre contracts...theres 9 players there and Id like to think 6 are realistic...Ginter, Sule and Kessie may be too difficult.
Never know till you try and id rather give them £20mil than pay a club £30mil+ for them

Ask any League 1 club. If you have a donkey to sell, look at the premier league. Big money for any donkey, from the likes of Everton, Arsenal, Southampton, Leicester, West Ham... That's there business plan!
