That’s my biggest fear currently.

Absolutely mate. He transformed a team who were mid table and not going anywhere into a team that absolutely dominated the Championship. Liam Cooper for example was bang average, and probably league one level at best until Bielsa transformed him and most of the team into promotion contenders and eventual promotion winners. After that 9th place finish we needed to bring in some quality players to replace the Championship standard lads who'd worked wonders but weren't up to the premier league. That 2nd season injuries and lack of quality players brought in almost ruined us, although I still think Bielsa would of done enough to keep us up. It's a shame the board didn't back Bielsa the way they are backing Marsch. If he does join Everton and the players buy in to his methods, he'll keep you up.
