He used to transition into a 3-3-3-1. The full back backs would push up and Kelvin Phillips would drop back in between the centre backs and act as an anchor

I don't think he can try to play aggressively and use any of the other CBs. They're awful in space. Maybe he doesn't start here but I think it ends up there. I don't really see that lineup working.

He loves players that are versatile and usally likes having wingers that can play fullback, fullbacks playing as center backs and center back and defensive midfielders that can play in both positions.
