I hated Moyes towards the end of his reign, but even I think he would be a good appointment to the end of the season.

Moyes wouldn't accept a contract until the end of the season, not after all the time he put in here. We need to stick with Silva until the summer, if only just to see which of the squad doesn't put the effort in to help us climb back up the table. Then it's time to punt all offenders, coaching and playing staff. The downside is we may have about 5 players left.

If results go against below us, we could be in trouble, would take something miraculous for us to get relegated like but we are rudderless with this clown.

With Baz as his assistant.
Yeah, dream team

I expect that Marcel Brands is the person with the decision of keeping or sacking the manager... and we haven't seen or heard anything from him in a while.
What is amazing that defensive weaknesses at Hull and Watford are being repeated at Everton and precious little done to address the problem.

I think what surprises me most is that we have an experienced defensive midfielder( McCarthy) on the bench for the last number of games who has never made it onto the field. We are leaking stupid goals and the group that are playing every week seem to have no inkling how to stop this happening.
Sometimes you need to go back to basics and that time is now for us. We need to learn to defend properly and if that happens then the other parts of the game can flow on from that. The manager seems to be tinkering with the forward line when the problems lie further back.
The better teams all have great attacking options but are usually very sound at the back as well, our manager needs to realise this.

I wonder how the contract for Marco Silva was worded when it was drawn up ? The previous three managers each cost a fortune to sack but I doubt that the same mistake was made again in this instance.

It's gonna get worse before it gets better and barring a relegation he won't be getting sacked.

Best thing to do is just accept that at least once a week until the end of the season Everton are gonna disappoint us.

No chance Moshiri sacks him after chasing him for so long.

The fella is clueless no two ways about it
It's the acceptance I can't handle.City is one thing Watford completely different. If it's Cardiff...

Looking at the Watford goal, yet again CB's are no where near opposition strikers. We're even defending zonal areas in normal play. Keane then attempts to play a zonal offside trap roughly 7 yards out from goal...

This to me is our major, major problem.

Also, I don't get to watch all games but since our promising start to the season where I remember us pressing other teams deep in their half... Have we stopped doing this now?

I'm actually a little nervous at the moment. 9 points above relegation and I see only one home win before the end of the season and not confident at all in any of the away games.

Get safe then make a decision on his future.. one way or the other cause we deserve better than this.
