We are actually in the midst of plan B ever since December. To be fair to Silva, there’s not much choice he can do with half the squad not capable of sustaining such intensity. Sadly the plan B we have now is exposing one of our greatest weakness, our inability to launch meaningful attack with a measured and slower buildup, which had been plaguing us since end Martinez era.

Send him and the players out on a fortnights work experience with another premier league club or even championship club so they can all learn how to do what they get paid to do i.e their jobs.

Silva absolutely taking the piss with stuff like that, and he's not helping himself either. It's actually got me really wound up, players deserve a break after working so hard, what a massive tit he is, he deserves volleying out the door just for crap like that.
