Tactics wrong again. Every other team press Bournemouth we let them pass out from the back with very limited pressure

He’s trying the RS overload on the left with either Gomes or Gueye slotting in when Digne goes forward; unfortunately he’s forgotten the rest of the tactics with others becoming available to turn the ball over quick

It’s very very poor, there is just nothing at all

Silva supporters, just name one reason why he needs to stay...

Can’t sack every manager when the team is on a bad run/ can’t sack every manager every 6 months.

He needs time.

He needs 3 windows before you can fairly judge him.

The damage done by the previous managers etc.

The players are mentally weak so not his faults.

It’s all individual errors.

The biggest problem I see is that there is no structural balance to the side.

No focal point in attack, the frontline and majority of the midfield is constructed of mercurial flair players. This is fine when confidence is high.

Currently we have no real structure and are playing with fear, hense the marvellous Sigurdsson and Gomes of Autumn have been replaced with their poor versions. And so we surrender midfield and ultimately the game(s).

Silva has to solve this conundrum asap, be that from within or in the transfer market.

There has to be a midfielder who could come in and be disciplined and provide drive to get this side going again.

We need a striker too, but that won't change until one or two leave.

Difficult times currently.

I seriously can’t see any difference between what I’ve watch for the last 5 home games and what fat Sam served up

No intensity, no fast passing, no creativity

We did not lose against the bottom 13 under Fat Sam at home. He mostly got the points at home right?

Needs to bin this horrid 4-2-3-1 and find a third CM to play in a 4-3-3. Siggy does nothing. Ideally Davies would fit in as the third CM, but he’s sadly turned out to by uttter S

Time? To get us further on a path of imploding and getting more damage done? No.
Players are just the tools in the hands of the manager..
