Pozzo's most likely, although the widely helf thing is that Richarlison was effectively signing for Ajax until Silva called him up and persuaded him to jib them off for Watford.

So that would be a huge plus

They got him by being willing to include a sell on clause that the selling club wanted included mate, be interesting if there is also a release clause with the lad, 13m then the market went mad - quite possible given hes south American and they are standard practises to include, and if so could be surprisingly reasonable given the way the market went after the season started...
