This is down to the Watford owners they are the only ones stopping this going through! In no way is Silva stuttering on a decision, he wants to come.. he will be on a a much bigger salary, much bigger spending budget, a lengthy contract, at a far bigger club!! It’s a no brainer for him.

Silva can easily force the issue if he wanted to and may still do that if he thinks along the lines of you. Alternatively he may be holding out for something even bigger than Everton or be happy at Watford for the remainder of the season

Coming from the same journo who originally broke our move for Silva this is reliable and is Moshiri's attempt to push a clearly interested Silva into resigning. The LVG link was likely released to help achieve the same end.
Not sure why people are blaming BK or the board as the sourced Joyce has stated it's Moshiri who's leading this.
It now depends on how much Silva wants it as Moshiri seemingly isn't prepared to go much higher compo wise. It's not over yet by any means but if Silva changes his tone and pledges his alligence in the next press conf then it really is.

The only way he gets a bigger job than us in the summer if he gets Watford very very close to the CL this season and has a good cup run! Even then none of the top 6 would touch him, maybe maybe Arsenal..

Didn’t something like that happen with Tony Pulis? He ended up having to give it back. I know that’s an aside, but it came to mind.
