You lot should know that with a decent DOF and decent scouting set up then a head coach is little more than just a coach. Sure short term ambitions might have to be curbed but if it ever came to it then Ventura's plenty experienced at a high level and we already have good enough players to get us through the season intact. It's who we then bring in next summer that is the bigger question.

Anyway whoever comes in for you it's your squad that needs sorting (feck knows how you beat us) .... Pace is everything these days and you don't have enough of it but at least that can be addressed in January ... I'm sure you'll be alright.
