Word of the day.Makes me sick that he's still in a job. Might as well rip that latin motto off the crest immediately, we haven't lived up to that since the 80s anyway.
Can't stand to see the likes of Wolves and Leicester doing well considering the size of our club in comparison. Yet the banality and lack of imagination from the board has perpetually kept us back for years. We're a joke of a club now and it genuinely depresses me.
I really dislike how bloody intelligent you are...Makes me sick that he's still in a job. Might as well rip that latin motto off the crest immediately, we haven't lived up to that since the 80s anyway.

Word of the day.
Everyone try and use it at work today and see if you get any looks
Don't lose faith mate. There is definitely a strong possibility that he will be gone by the end of today even with our sad excuses for a hierarchy running the show.
Today is the day i think. Just cannot see even this escape artist escaping it today.
It’s the complete lack of a strategy and identity that does it for me. Wolves had a terrible start to the season but you could still see their set up and the way they were trying to play when they weren’t getting results, I haven’t even enjoyed our wins other than the fact the were Everton wins this season.i really wanted to support Silva, and still the default position for me is to support the whole squad and club even if they're not doing well. The main problem is that we are not seeing even flashes of improvement. If we were in the same league position, with the same record, there are a few things which I would have accepted and thought that its worth keeping him on:
- Periods of good play, with coordination, tactics that they just can't keep up for 90 mins
- Signs of a strategy
- Young players missing chances, tackles or passes, but being given the chance to improve
- Mistakes being rectified - e.g. Schneiderlin, Walcott, SIggy are not always the best choices -
- Balance of team selection - not the 'same-paced' players in the midfield or attack. Schneiderlin, Siggy and Delph can never play in the same team - only 2 of them at a time
- Consistent team selection - Tosun, Richarlison, DCL all tried up front as CF but no plan
SIgns of improvement are slim, and this is the thing that is worrying the most. Everyone talks well, has good team spirit, but it just seems like we are not fighting, or not implementing the tactics we are supposed to have. Another thing I don't understand is why the manager's position is so autonomous - to this extent. Why can't Brands interfere on things like team selection at this kind of time? What's the point of a DoF if they can't line manager the manager, and say stuff like - we need a period of the season where we focus on energy and defence and not losing games, or don't pick Schneiderlin, give a younger player a chance et etc
I hate the idea of sacking the 4th manager in 4 years, but I can't see a way out, and I'm really worried about getting Moyes back, or another Allardyce style appointment. And I'm also worried about a short-term transfer policy and I hope that a new manager doesn't just pick favourites and let go of the big investment we've made on players like Mina, Digne, Kean.
I wish there was another way out of this.
Why would we want to fight a barrel ?At Manchester airport waiting for a flight. Just went the toilet Sven Goran Erickkson was getting a shave at one of the sinks. He had an Everton towel over his shoulder. Couldn't contain myself had to ask. All he said is" It's on"
Scrapping the barrel if you ask me!
anyone else reckon they don't wanna get in a new manager now and start with the run we have, lose confidence early and be back to square one? ie we let silva have the next few games see if by any miracles he gets any points then start witg a new manager after this hell run?
It's not what I would do personally but just trying to think of reasons why they haven't launched this feller yet
