Agreed it was awful no passion but yet so many of them players Richarlison digne Holgate Coleman Mina Walcott even snides have all come out since the West Ham game backing him saying how good a coach he is they love playing under him training is good blah blah yet they perform like that I just don’t get them at all they were embarrassing on Saturday worst game for years
You’d hardly expect them to say anything different though. I think privately their views would be somewhat different.

Almost every big team came to Goodison and got beat under Moyes management according to Carragher there.

OK Jamie, stick to gobbing in kids faces you clueless bellend.

It’s amazing how these biffs just re-write the narrative. All the better teams come to Goodison and get beat no matter who is charge. Martinez beat them, Koeman did and Silva has won a couple. They also had their arses handed to them including Moyes.

They like him but they don't fear him.
They like him but they aren't inspired by him.
They like him but they don't play for him!
Liking a manager means nothing if there are no results.
True I think he seems to nice to even get angry at them he just sulks.he needs to absolutely tear in to them for that performance on Saturday but I can imagine he just tried to defend them in some way like he usually does.hes not tough enough with them at all

Agreed. Imagine you are a millionaire footballer and you are managed by a man who isn't that much older than you and who has achieved nothing in this country. We need someone to put an absolute rocket up them. Someone they respect, fear and are inspired by not a incoherent listless clueless fella learning on the job. A job that's way too big for him.

What a picture.

Everton boss Marco Silva could remain in charge for next two matches as club begin looking for his successor

Of all the nonsense that is by far the most nonsense, Hey Marco you're sacked but would ya hang around for another few games as we don't have your replacement in just yet.

Well in the prem...

He beat united 3 times at home. 2005, 2010 and 2012

He beat Liverpool 3 times at home.
2004, 2006 and 2010

He beat arsenal 3 times at home.
2002, 2006 and 2007

He beat Chelsea 3 times at home.
2010, 2011 and 2012

After their money came in, in 2008. He beat city 9 times home and away.

He beat spurs 7 times home and away.

Ok, he was our manager for 11 years so it wasn’t like we beat these teams every time they came to Goodison. But the results above show that we were very competitive against better teams.

Not saying I want Moyes in at all, but he could often get us going against big sides.

Surely the club won't be stubborn enough to let silva go into the weekend expecting him to win? Surely all the losses haven't been ignored against championship sides, relegation battlers and mid table sides on a pittance compared to what we have spent.

Surely the board dont actually think silva can get a result in the next few games based on what has come before?

The alternative lets be honest is to stick with him for him to either A) turn it around or B) waiting for a different manager to become available. Which is all fine and good except losing more games doesn't help us in any way. It doesn't make the team more stable nor does it raise the profile for i would hope a better manager to come in.

A part of me is hoping that the board of my football club isn't going to send the team out to keep struggling under the current circumstances and drive us down there even further.

Definitely mate he’s not tough enough on them.like I said before he’s a nice enough fella but nice isn’t gonna win anything.far too big a job for him and far too much pressure on him now to go and take them 2 big games knowing he’s not really wanted at the club.really can’t see them getting anything at Leicester or Liverpool can you?
