Get what you're saying but that's literally Silvas job to play the right players in the first place. Brands just chooses a philosophy and buys players and non playing staff

Actually happened quite a lot - look back through our fixtures and results under Moyes. Lots of poor defeats and actually far fewer wins and points than people seem to think - even in his better seasons like 07/08.

Diabolical by the board to be so short sighted. The signs were there from the start of the season that Silva hasn't changed and he's not the man for the job. Should have been actively looking for a replacement. But here we sit, him still in a job and horrible names being tossed around as his replacement.
