I see what you're doing here: I've got my tanks parked on your lawn and your struggling to break out.
This was the day that the Brands myth was exploded publicly.
Im fine Dave, as ive said I just need to wait.

Not that I like him, but Simon Jordan described the club as “ chaotic “ today on Talksport.
Which in reality seems to be the truth.
The impression the outside world gets of us, is that you have Moshiri wanting one thing, Kenwright wanting another ( despite allegedly having no influence) and Brands stuck in the middle.
Sooner or later it’s going to all unravel.
Serious question here, why when you've previously said that Joyce knows nothing have you put so much faith in an article he's written?
Who says it’s just one game?i reckon they no intention of sacking him at the minute is he would of gone either straight away Saturday night or today when he got home from his 2 day bender in LisbonWhy why why give him 1 game get a kin backbone and get him to f$&k
I think fans are weary of more than Silva.Nobody needs to sue him, but each person can decide for themselves how credible the article is.
We do know that Silva was chased by Everton long before Brands was appointed. We do not know if Brands had any input in that decision and anybody suggesting they had without proof is simply guessing or making an argument that suits his/her agenda.
The true test of Brands will be how this matter is resolved and who will replace Silva because that will happen. Anybody who listened to the crowd on Saturday will know the manager is finished at this club.
when I assess football I tend to take the best managers around and put them over our team and then take our manager and put him over their teams.
Would Liverpool and City be where they are with our manager ? , I don't think so.
Would we be where we are with either of them in charge or half a dozen Premiership managers in charge ? I don't believe so.
Im fine Dave, as ive said I just need to wait.
Because the allegations he's made are of such a serious character it would leave him in a precarious position.
I read the piece (as other bits today from Myers and even the horrendous Parry) as evidence of disrgruntlement with the situation which goes beyond Silva and to Brands.
100% agree the board may sack him if he gets us relegated but not beforeWho says it’s just one game?i reckon they no intention of sacking him at the minute is he would of gone either straight away Saturday night or today when he got home from his 2 day bender in Lisbon
Good today buddyHiya mate. Am ok pal, studying for an exam on Friday so that’s doing me head in. How’s you mate?
"Who had the chips and gravy" ?“It is only a couple of weeks since Brands, 57, and Silva, 42, joined the first-team squad at a team-bonding meal. A few home truths were spoken by everyone present and a first away win of the season in the league at Southampton followed”
Would love to of been in on that meal wonder what home truths were said over the dinner table.wonder if any screwed up napkins were thrown about.bet snides bottled out of going that’s for sure
yea, I'm not a huge fan of silva, never wanted him in the first place, but alot of the mess we find ourselves in is not down to him.
To me it seems like half a season was wasted figuring out his zonal marking system, and when it clicked with keane and Zouma, it seemed to work well.
It's no surprise that there are two different centerhalves and we look like we're back at square one.
Instead of wasting so much energy on Zaha/kean/Iwobi, the board should have thrown the kitchen sink at Chelsea for Zouma. It's clear Silva wanted him and it's clear that once they figured the back line out, they'd be insane to tamper with it.
Throw in the loss of Ghana and some very unlucky injuries and it's easy to see why we are where we are.
Mind you, I've been making these arguments and then he goes and starts Tosun, Siggi and Morgan at home to Norwich. He's not helping himself there.
Unless a top tier manager is waiting in the wings, keep him through this crappy fixture run.
The fan base is in large part to blame as evidenced by this very forum where we can see a demand for solutions well above our current status. The idea that Moyes is beneath us as a club will only reinforce Silva in post despite the fact that everyone wants him gone. The fact that Silva was appointed in the first place should tell you enough about our status to potential managers. There is no actual official comment from Everton regarding Silva and him still being in charge for the Leicester game but assuming it is true i struggle to think of any other premier league club as incompetently ran as Everton are. I mean what sort of amateurs and imbeciles would have let this go on for as long as they have without having already sounded out a proper suitable replacement, then let the world know (or at the very least not refute it) that their manager is being sacked as soon as they find someone better and then willingly throw away at least 3 points in the next game by letting their team be managed by someone who they have accepted isn't good enough.
It is completely insane and beyond embarrassing.
What i would give to be able to press a button and no longer be an Evertonian.
