I can’t get my head round the inconsistency of us. Silvas main problem in my opinion is his failure to motivate and adapt we have an injury crisis in midfield, I’m not a Moyes fan but he had a knack of getting the best out of teams when we had injuries to key players. If we had a full squad to choose from I think the table would look different but to be fair that’s not enough. I don’t buy he’s a fraud, the last man was a self serving fraud but he isn’t strong enough a character to survive this situation. I would love him to succeed as I think he cares but I’m not sure he’s strong enough. Allardyce held us to ransom insulted the fan base and didn’t look like he gave a [Poor language removed] after robbing the club of 6 million quid.

He's been unfortunate with injury this season and also that the board really sold him short in the summer with no new CB to replace Zouma and relying on Moise Kean as our star striker. With that said, he's still falling a bit short here in truth, but I don't think it's been for a lack of trying.

I think most people Despite the anger of Saturday would agree it’s not through a lack of trying on his part its not because hes not a nice fella cos he is it’s just he’s just not going to turn it around the job is too big for him even if he gets a result on Sunday it’s to inconsistent we’re not moving forward with him.yes he’s been unlucky with injury and a horrible var decision at Brighton and his players have let him down badly at times but we can’t go on like this and it’s not fair for them to drag him through these 2 big games to probably then sack him anyway.
 
U21’s this evening, Brands was there as well as Ferguson and Boa Morte? Why not the actual manager watching the likes of Gordon?

I just received a news flash saying Silva sacked I was suspicious but it looked genuine. Could be kopites rubbing it in I suppose
