When the manager blames everything that happens on pressure/mentality/bravery and all that, he has no clue. That stuff is important but at some point you have to get the tactics right too.

Mainly because Moshiri has nowhere to turn. His last ‘master stroke’ was bringing in Silva, so that should indicate to you the level of potential manager he is dealing with

Some master stroke. I was so happy we got rid of Allardyce I half overlooked the acute lack of credentials Silva had to warrant a job such as this. I wanted him to succeed obviously, but its been a total disaster this season (even with the injuries) and failed signings in summer. We've lost 9 games out of 15. We can't even pick up a few draws. Its pathetic.

It all stinks of 'We looked for a suitable replacement, but couldn't convince anybody to come aboard this particular sinking ship, so we'll go with what we've got'

I feel sorry for the fella. He has been unlucky this season. It's clear to me that he is trying to the best of his abilities and is very arsed. I'm not saying he's good enough but I don't get the venom some people have. I think he should go but still feel sorry for the fella.
