By the way, even if we finish on that points total, that would have still been enough to keep us safe in 4 of the last 5 seasons (although one of those would have been one goal difference!)
But, understandably, I'd rather we didn't be too naive and dismissive with this stuff. We're awfully close to the threshold and it's important we acknowledge that we are where we are, so that we can rectify it with a more pragmatic approach.
