The one thing that gets on my tits is when someone says "Because of injuries etc you can't really judge Silva until he's able to put out his first choice 11" injuries are always going to occur throughout the season and can't be used as an excuse.

yes its a squad game and our squad is one of the weakest in the top half if not the league. we have an ok first 11 but a shambles of a squad and it will show as the season goes on..

now whoever is incharge of bringing in this squad has some questions to answer , but I do feel that silva isn't extracting the best out of the team anyway. were almost 18 months in to him being here and we have not improved one bit.

It's hard to even imagine Marco being successful here, we're just as crap as the day he took over and another few £100 mill down. Moshiri really has put his stamp on us as one of the most clueless football club owners ever.

We cant keep sacking managers, let's give him the season and then make a decision. But if we do replace him, we need to get a top class manager.

Eddie Howe done a wonderful job at Bournemouth but is he good enough for us.
