Makes sense. I mean we are obviously much better judges of players and better at recruitment than professionals.
 


Sick of the excuses he needs to change the tactics and the team. He needs to get results. If you have injuries you adjust seems he just wants to keep hitting his head against a brick wall.

Let's get someone young in, who's immensely talented as a coach, ambitious and knows all about the club. Give him the job till the end of the season and if he does well give it him permanently.
