So we can completely ruin the season before we sack. Standard everton losing mentality.

Wish our loyal fans would finally make a stand and stop going the game. We are treated like utter mugs season after season and its made worse with that shower going from strength to strength.

The board dont deserve our fans.

Koeman was rightly sacked for having 8 points from Stoke (h) City (a) Chelsea (a) Spurs (h) United (a) Bournemouth (h) Burnley (h) Brighton (a) Arsenal (h) and I assume you were pretty happy about that and have also decided you know exactly which member of the Everton staff signed who. Yet you’re seemingly backing Silva for having 7 points from our most recent 8 league games. Why? Are you enjoying this football? Or is it because you wanted him in the first place?

Silva must have know in January that he wanted Zouma. Sarri didn't fancy him, transfer ban was still in question, strike while the iron is hot.

That's what a good football man does....Brands sits on his arse and underlines how small time he is.

Nobody is looking for a magician, just a good football manager who can change and maximise a players capability. That’s what all good / great managers do.

In the main Marco Silva is left wanting on this front.

If Silva had bought this lot I'd be chasing him with a stick out of the club.

How is he supposed to change to a new system with players that are bought without any thought to blend and adaptation to different systems?

This comes ultimately down to the role of DoF for me.

...and we have no quality in midfield to allow that to be played. We'd be torn apart.

....from a league position perspective, the season might be already lost. Mid-table could be fine, not sure EL is beneficial whilst we’re in transition.

I’m not a Silva fan but I wouldn’t change yet either.

How's this knee jerk?

If it was one or two poor performances, aye. But we're 8 games in and not a great performance in there, against mostly dross sides. Confounded by an average showing last season.

Hes got one hand behind his back at mo.
Yes there's some stuff he's accountable for but he's not being helped by anyone.

No centre half cover
Not much in the forward department
Both his first choice centre midfielders missing large chunk of season
Goalie being at fault for three goals this season

I really hope we stick with him but I doubt we will.
