Cant win games when we simply can not defend we are just giving goals away we need to get a strong defence and build on that. He had not adapted how we play at all has players to change it around but refuses

We had the 4th highest clean sheets last season and 6th best defensive record along side Wolves.

Let a player like Gana go, that will take a hit. But I don't think defence is a massive problem. It's the other end.

Current form would see us finish on 34 points roughly :pint2:

There's fixtures there he should've won even with JP and Gomes out. Even with DCL or Kean up top. From Sheffield, Bournemouth, Villa and Palace we should've got 12pts but could've accepted 7 to 9pts with the injuries etc. Instead we got 1 point from those 4 fixtures lol

Going by the above is there any point in giving him the international break and next handful of "easy" fixtures? If that form continues then the new manager will be coming in with us in the relegation spots with a run of fixtures against the top sides in the league.

Biggest frustration is his sheer arrogance in not changing formation or shape of the team. Clearly this 4-2-3-1 isn't working with this bunch of players, yet we're seeing the same XI and formation every single week.

He's going down the Martinez route of being too damn stubborn to change things. I think he's a decent manager and with the right players in the system he would thrive, but he's got to adapt to the squad he has. West Ham is a massive game.

I get that Mosh wanted Silva and paid a lot of money for him. So I understand the reluctance to sack him. So if we are to keep him (Something I don’t want). Then someone needs to have a word with him, as he needs to start listening and stop being so closed off.

First things first, volley that no-mark Boa Morte our the club as he offers nothing.

Stop playing zonal marking, drop Siggy, play Richarlison alongside DCL as an inside forward.

Play Delph as holding MF with Iwobi and Gomes as AM’s

That way we could start to develop play through the middle as opposed to constantly trying to use the fb’s on the flanks.

Use Kean for DCL off the bench until he gets a grip of the EPL.

Mix it up with Bernard coming on as a winger and push Richy wider to try and split opposition Centre half’s.

FFS give me the job!!

If Newcastle somehow pull of a win against manure which definitely isn't impossible, there is going to be some mega bed wetting going on, Moshiri included.

I still think Silva might be gone by tomorrow though regardless of what happens with Newcastle. No sane board would let this nonsense go on any further, but then again Everton's board are not even close to being sane tbf.

Pickford 8
Coleman 8
Digne 8
Mina 8
Keane 8
Gomes 4
Gbamin 1
Morgan 6
Delph 5
Bernard 4
Richarlison 8
Iwobi 3
Gylfi 8
DCL 6
Kean 2
Walcott 1

Thats everyone who has started a match this season. Same keeper, same backline for 8 games. Richarlison and Gylfi played all 8 games (so there's 7 out of 11 players picked week in week out regardless of performances and form)

Next 2 players are Morgan and Calvert Lewin having played 6 games. Stick them two with the above and basically he tinkers with the odd change and nothing else.
