A manager, with a better squad, is struggling to get a song out of them but you want to give him more time than a manager who had a worse squad???

We should be top 4, there’s no ifs or buts about it.

Why should we be top4? it’s all ifs and buts for some reason this team isn’t performing when it should, so let’s see

But Silva is so far out of his depth its painful, it's too early to need a "rescue" manager but we need a Manager and not a poor excuse for one!

However , that is an even bigger indictment of the appalling job that Silva is doing.

We are not in a relegation battle, yet. That is not the issue. I think it is a question of confidence, or lack thereof, in Silva to turn things around and get us to winning ways. I sincerely hope you are right, and he can turn things around, but right now, we look dire. The lack of ideas and leadership on the pitch is directly proportional to the lack of ideas and leadership coming from the touchline.
We have some tough fixtures to come, compared to the easy (on paper) games we have so miserably opened the season with. Massive changes are needed to turn this juggernaut around. Either the manager changes his ways, or the manager is changed. That's where we are at.

If he can't win easy starting games with our expensive squad, then how will he make that run?

Stamping your feet on the internet isn’t going to make it happen any quicker lads, the silence around the club in relation to Silva is deafening, they would have at least put out a supportive statement yesterday or today if they were behind him. I would dare say Brands and/or Bill and Moshiri would have had some sort of inquest with the dullard and the former will have had his database of suitable candidates out to browse through

And the team isn’t performing well because it’s being setup wrong, like playing 2 holding midfielders against teams who play 2 banks of 4, persisting with Icelandic tit even though he has done nothing

but best of all, smashing our most creative output last year in Digne and Bernard

Here's a novel idea.

Find a manager who doesn't land us in a crisis where we can't buy a win every year.

Clubs with any conviction don't go on huge losing streaks every season.

The "normal" top 6 are in disarray this season.
This was our best chance of gatecrashing it , since Moyes got top 4 , and Martinez got 5th on a squad largely inherited from Moyes.
Despite the emergence of Leicester we really should have done it with our squad.
We are this season now hoping to finish mid table , (we are not in relegation trouble).
What a lamentable performance . He simply should be ashamed , and needs to go.
Nice fella and I wish him no harm , but time to move on.
